Privacy policy
Who we are
RochaIT processes contact data submitted through rochait.com, mainly via the AI assistant and email at contato@rochait.com.
Data we collect
We may store chat messages, name, email, company (optional), area of interest, and a conversation summary. Basic technical data (such as session identifier) supports conversation continuity.
Purpose
To respond to your inquiry, qualify commercial requests, and follow up with diagnosis, proposal, or meeting. We do not sell data or use the chat for mass marketing campaigns.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest in handling contact requests and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures at your request.
Processing providers
Natural language processing may use the Groq API (AI provider). Messages required to generate replies are sent to that service under its privacy policy.
Google Analytics
If you accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for audience measurement: pages visited, approximate time on site, traffic source, and general device and browser characteristics. Information is processed in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it for targeted marketing or to identify you personally. Google acts as a processor under Google's privacy policy. If you decline in the banner, GA4 is not activated. To revoke consent later, use Cookie preferences in the footer or clear this site's cookies in your browser.
Retention
We keep conversations and leads as long as needed for commercial follow-up and service history, generally up to 24 months, unless legal obligation or deletion request applies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to contato@rochait.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
